We are Merftech, LLC, a software development company based in the United States of America under the legal name of Merftech, LLC.

This Privacy Policy applies to all of Merftech, LLC's games, mobile applications, sites, and any other services we provide ("Services" or "Games").

1.1 Data You Actively Provide

Data you actively provide comes from forms or fields you fill out or emails you send us. Examples of this include, but are not limited to:

1.2 Data Collected Automatically

Data collected automatically serves two main purposes:

To understand how our Services are used and make adjustments and improvements
To serve advertisements from our third-party providers

Examples of data collected automatically include:

Service (or "Game") data such as level progression, session length, Service preference settings, how many and/or which in-game advertisements you have viewed
Your IP address
Your Advertising ID (more info below)
Your Device ID (more info below)
Your device type and OS (Android, iOS, etc)
Your general location (country, state, and/or city) based on your IP address

An Advertising ID is a unique identifier for mobile devices that are used to serve personalized ads. On Apple devices this is called the Identifier for Advertisers ("IDFA") and on Google devices this is called the Google Advertising Identity ("GAID"). You can opt-out of personalized ads on both Apple and Google devices by doing the following:

Google/Android: You can go to the Ads section of your Privacy Settings on your Android device and adjust settings there or you can log in to your Google Account page and disable personalized ads.
Apple: Go to your privacy settings and choose "Limit Ad Tracking."

A Device ID in this sense means specific technical information about your device such as manufacturor, model, screen resolution, available functions, etc. This data may be used to help determine compatability and capabilities of your device.

1.3 Data Collected From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from Third Parties such as:

Social Networks: Social networks such as Facebook, Google Play Games Services, Apple Game Center, or others will share some information if you choose to connect your social media account to our Service. What data is shared depends on your privacy settings in your social media account.
Service Providers: We may receive information about you when you install our Service or click on an advertisement for our Service.
Advertising Networks: If you click on an ad from one of our advertising campaigns, we may receive information from the advertising network/service.

2. USAGE OF COLLECTED DATA

The data we collect from you is used for the following purposes:

Service Functionality: We use your data to facilitate the operation of our Services, such as logging in (if required) or loading saved game data
Advertising: We use your data to show advertisements in our Services
Support: If we are responding to a support request, we may use your data to help resolve the issue.

Government Authorities: We will disclose data to government authorities in the event of a lawful request from said authorities.
Legal: We may disclose your data in response to legal issues or litigation.

3. SHARING YOUR DATA (WHO CAN SEE YOUR DATA)

This is similar to the USAGE OF COLLECTED DATA section. Here are the parties who may receive your data:

Analytics Providers: We use third-party analytics providers such as Google or Facebook to provide aggregate data analytics.
Cloud Service Providers: We use Amazon Web Services to store your information, however your data is encrypted and protected and should not be viewed by Amazon, even though the data is stored on their infrastructure.
Advertising Networks: As described above, we use advertising networks to serve ads. They may make use of information such as your Advertising ID or Device ID to serve personalized ads within our Service.
Government Authorities: We will only disclose data to government authorities in the event of a lawful request from said authorities.

4. CHILDREN

As per our Terms of Service, our Services do not apply to persons under the age of 13. However, we do not know the age of our users. We never knowingly store the information of persons under the age of 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian of someone under the age of 13 who is using our Service, please contact us at and we will remove related data.

5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

We are based in the United States, but our Service may be accessed in other countries. Because of this, your data may be transferred to different sites internationally. We ensure that safeguards are in place to be in compliance with various data laws of different countries.

6. YOUR OPTIONS AND RIGHTS

Data We Control: You may contact us at at any time and request that we delete any data we currently hold on you. However, this may adversely affect or completely disable your use of our Services.
Targeted Advertising:
- Google/Android: You can go to the Ads section of your Privacy Settings on your Android device and adjust settings there or you can log in to your Google Account page and disable personalized ads.
- Apple: Go to your privacy settings and choose "Limit Ad Tracking."

7. RETENTION OF YOUR DATA

We retain your data for as long as you are using our Service. If you request deletion of your data by contacting us at , we will make every good faith effort to honor your request in a timely manner. Otherwise, we may retain your data up to 2 years after your last interaction with our services.
